Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your BubbaChat plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. The Family and Extended Family plans both come with a free trial period so you can experience the full feature set before being charged.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
If you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to the Free plan. If you have more Bubba profiles than the Free plan allows, your additional profiles become read-only. Your photos and videos are never deleted.
Are there annual plan discounts?
Yes. Paying yearly saves you around 20% compared to monthly billing. The Family plan is $47.99/year (saving $12) and the Extended Family plan is $95.99/year (saving $24). You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information. You only need a credit card when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
